1. BINDING EFFECT This Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("you") and VC Consultations, operating under the brand Clarity Convert ("Company," "we," or "us"), accessible at clarityconvert.com. By using our website, accessing any content, or purchasing any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING OUR SERVICES YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use our website or services. 2. REFUND POLICY We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident doing business with Clarity Convert.

10L Mastermind: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase. Requests will be reviewed based on our refund eligibility criteria, and refunds will be processed only if the request is approved.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund requests will be accepted or processed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@clarityconvert.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Consulting sessions, handholding services, and bespoke engagements not covered under the 10L Mastermind are non-refundable once delivered or commenced. 3. PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide — including name, email, phone number, and payment details — is collected solely to deliver our services, communicate with you, and improve our offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel at Clarity Convert / VC Consultations. For privacy-related inquiries or data removal requests, contact us at support@clarityconvert.com. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this section. 4. PERIOD EXTENSION POLICY Certain programs or engagements offered by Clarity Convert may come with an option for period extensions. The terms, duration, pricing, and eligibility criteria for any period extension are explicitly defined in the individual program agreement or sales documentation provided to you at or before the point of purchase. Period extensions are not automatic. They are subject to availability, mutual agreement, and any additional fees applicable at the time of extension. The specific terms of your extension are legally binding as outlined in your individual program agreement. If you have questions about the extension terms applicable to your program, contact us at support@clarityconvert.com before making any payment. 5. LICENSE All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property on clarityconvert.com and within our programs are owned by or licensed to VC Consultations. This includes, without limitation, written content, video recordings, frameworks, templates, brand assets, and training materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our content strictly for your personal business use as intended by the service purchased. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content to third parties; sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials; use our content to build competing products or services; or share access credentials or program content with non-enrolled individuals. Any breach of this licence results in immediate termination of your access with no refund. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY As a participant in our programs or consulting services, you may be exposed to proprietary frameworks, methodologies, client case studies, business strategies, pricing models, and operational processes of Clarity Convert / VC Consultations. All such information is strictly confidential. You agree to not disclose, publish, or share any confidential information with third parties without prior written consent from us; not use confidential information to compete with, undermine, or replicate our business or offerings; and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of confidential materials. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of this Agreement and any programme engagement indefinitely. 7. USE OF SERVICES Our services are designed to help existing business owners and consultants grow their sales and revenue. You agree to use our website, content, and services only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services; impersonate Clarity Convert, its team, or any other individual or entity; engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward our team, community, or other clients; spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about Clarity Convert, our programs, or our team; use our content, name, or brand in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any restricted area of our website or client systems. Violation of these terms grants us the right to immediately terminate your access, remove you from all programs, and pursue legal remedies as applicable — without obligation to provide a refund. 8. USER CONTENT If you share content in any Clarity Convert community, group, or platform — including testimonials, feedback, case studies, results, or comments — you grant VC Consultations a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and share that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. You warrant that any content you share does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and is truthful and accurate, particularly with respect to results or outcomes claimed. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or misleading, at our sole discretion. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, brand names, logos, frameworks, and content associated with Clarity Convert and VC Consultations are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorised use of any of these is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may not use the Clarity Convert name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing material, social post, or communication without explicit written permission from us. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon through our platform, contact us at support@clarityconvert.com with supporting documentation. 10. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT & CONDUCT You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. You also agree not to spread negativity, gossip, or false claims about Clarity Convert, its team, or fellow clients in any private or public forum; harass, intimidate, or disrespect any member of our team or community; or share content that promotes illegal activity or harmful practices. We reserve the right to terminate access and take legal action against any individual who engages in conduct that harms our brand, team, or clients. 11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Clarity Convert / VC Consultations provides all services, content, and programs on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, revenue results, or business growth achieved through our programs. Individual results vary. Success depends on your specific business situation, effort, implementation quality, market conditions, and a range of other factors entirely outside our control. Testimonials and case studies shared by us represent exceptional outcomes and are not a promise of typical results. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. We are not responsible for data loss, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions. 12. LIMITED LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, VC CONSULTATIONS AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — OUR SERVICES, CONTENT, OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWO MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE CLAIM — CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. 13. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VC Consultations, its founders, team members, consultants, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement; your use or misuse of our services or content; any content you submit, post, or share through our platforms; or any violation of applicable law or third-party rights. 14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will proceed to arbitration or legal proceedings as applicable under Indian law. 15. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to discontinue use of our services and contact us to terminate your engagement. 16. MISCELLANEOUS If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and VC Consultations with respect to your use of our services, superseding all prior agreements or communications on the same subject matter. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
